GIDEON MAINA is API`s new director for the East and Horn of Africa. Maina is a lecturer at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) and  a doctoral candidate at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He holds a BA and MA degrees. Maina has also taught at the United States International University.  Maina will head the API operations in the region and its office in Nairobi, Kenya.
